I don’t know, I never really was that sold on the Cold War Kids. They have a song here and there that is catchy but nothing ever really struck me as great. Although the song is decent, I’m posting this one mainly because the video by the Malloy brothers has some entertainment value. Actually I think the video fits the band very well - both are slick & stylish and you like them well enough but they are dangerously close to being cool in the “pre aged jeans with the over the top fake wear marks” kind of way.

yeah, i caught the tail-end of their set a couple of southbys ago - they were playing right before midlake at yard dog - and i wasn’t terribly impressed. although i have to admit this song gets caught in my head. pretty cool video, i agree - and i can see what you mean by almost too cool.
